The asset management company INVL Asset Management (hereinafter – the Fund Manager) additionally reminds about upcoming fund merger and requests a notice for below stated information.
In order to successfully effect the Fund merger on the 15th of January, the Fund Manager of INVL Emerging Europe ex Russia TOP20 Subfund has defined a period of time, during which no investment units of terminating fund INVL Emerging Europe ex Russia TOP20 Subfund will be issued, redeemed or converted: 8th January, 2020 – 15th January, 2020.
After the Fund merger:
- the continuing (receiving) fund will be – INVL Baltic Fund (ISIN: LTIF00000096);
- the terminating fund – INVL Emerging Europe ex Russia TOP20 Subfund (ISIN LTIF00000443).
On the date of completing Fund merger, after converting the investment units of terminating funds to investment units of continuing (receiving) fund, all corresponding entries shall be recorded to investment accounts of all participants of INVL Emerging Europe ex Russia TOP20 Subfund by the relevant data of date January 15, 2020.
All participants of INVL Emerging Europe ex Russia TOP20 Subfund that have not or will not exercise their right to redeem their investment units till 8th of January, respectively on January 15, 2020 will become the participants of INVL Baltic Fund.
On the 15th of January, 2020 INVL Emerging Europe ex Russia TOP20 Subfund will be incorporated into INVL Baltic Fund and will cease to exist.
